Dare to Serve

Who: Students who are currently in 6th–12th grade.
When: Depart:    5:00pm – Tue, July 5, 2011
Return:  11:00am – Sat, July 9, 2011
Where: Berean Baptist Church, Mansfield, OH

Dare2Serve is a 4-day event for middle and high school students. Any student who will complete one of the following grades, 6th-12th, this spring is invited to attend.

Students will spend the week serving at Richland County non-profits like Habitat for Humanity and The Salvation Army.  Each morning students will be learning from God’s Word during morning devotion sessions.  Each evening students will be participating in personal growth opportunities.

Every year, Dare2Serve is the single most life-changing event in our student ministry, and you definitely want to be a part of what God does in and through students during this week. Parent Meetings: There will be a parent’s meeting approximately two weeks prior to the event to answer any questions. Please watch weekend program for announcement and location.  Your completed packet is due by June 26, 2011.

Space is limited and will be filled in the order completed packets are received.

Everything you need to sign your son or daughter up for the Dare2Serve is included in this packet. No partial packets will be accepted, but if you follow the checklist below, you’ll have absolutely no problems.

The following items must be completed in full before you will be registered for Dare2Serve 2011:
1. Completed Online Registration Form (one per student)
2. A NON-REFUNDABLE $20 deposit (or full payment of $80)The following items must be completed on or before July 1, 2011:1. Final balance of $60 (a total fee of $80 per student)
2. Signed copies of the Registration form.
3. Completed Medical information form* (if applicable)
